Suzhou MoreLink Communication Technology Co., Ltd. hereby announces that the former Legal Representative, Director, and General Manager of the Company has formally resigned from all positions held within the Company due to personal reasons, effective January 22, 2026.

As of the effective date of the resignation, the aforementioned individual no longer participates in, nor is associated with, any business operations, management activities, corporate governance matters, or other affairs of Suzhou MoreLink Communication Technology Co., Ltd. Any activities carried out, documents executed, or rights and obligations arising in the name of the Legal Representative, Director, or General Manager after the resignation date shall be undertaken solely by the Company and its newly appointed management team in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

The Company confirms that this management change constitutes a normal personnel adjustment and does not have a material adverse impact on its daily operations or business continuity. Suzhou MoreLink Communication Technology Co., Ltd. will continue to strictly comply with relevant laws, regulations, and its Articles of Association, and will steadily advance subsequent corporate governance arrangements to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

The Company remains committed to prudent and stable operations and will continue to conduct its business in an orderly and responsible manner.
